Bryan G. Pocock CA

Bryan is one of our two co-founders. He has more than 25 years’ commercial experience, including 15 as Director of Pocock Hudson. He’s been a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1988. Bryan specialises in helping our clients structure their businesses from a taxation perspective, and helps them optimise for future growth. He also has expertise in the areas of medium sized business taxation, personal taxation and asset protection. Bryan’s wide experience means that he has is able to provide a specialist point of view for our clients, with an all-important understanding of the big picture.

Richard B. Hudson CA

Richard too is a co-founder of Pocock Hudson. He and Bryan started our company in 1991. Richard has held membership of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1983. He specialises in business review and planning, investment strategy advice and management, and financial advice. Richard provides a great range of accounting services to a variety of business, in a wide range of sectors. He also holds several private company directorships and trusteeships. Richard also gives expert guidance on acquisition, share valuations, financing and taxation to a number of private company boards.

Anna Stewart CA

Anna became a Director of Pocock Hudson in 2001. She’s been a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1991, and joined us as a senior manager the following year. Before that, Anna was Company Accountant for several entrepreneurial businesses. She works closely with our larger clients, liasing with their Accountants to ensure that tax legislation is understood and applied. She helps clients implement IT solutions, provides management reports and brings her expertise to their human resource issues. Anna is responsible for our recruitment, professional development, and in-house computer system.
