Matt Tong CA, BCA

Matt joined us in 2001 after graduating with a BCA. He’s now a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the NZICA. As well as general accounting and business advisory skills, Matt has high-level computer and IT knowledge, and proficient in systems such as MYOB and Xero. He takes a keen interest in setting up and supporting our clients’ accounting systems. When not giving his brain a good work-out at Pocock Hudson, Matt goes to the gym, plays tennis, basketball, and indoor netball. In other words, he's frighteningly fit - but not as fit as Cam!

Helen Quinlan CA, BCA

Helen joined us in 2001 after completing her BCA. She has since qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the NZICA. Helen is MYOB certified and works closely with our clients preparing their financial statements, tax returns, and providing expert advice. Helen also enjoys deep water aerobics, and cooking. But not at the same time.

Stewart Hunter ACA

Stewart joined Pocock Hudson in April 2006, and works with our larger clients. His background includes a stint in investment funds accounting at AMP and Westpac. Today he enjoys working at senior client levels, and is often an expert and knowledgeable presence at client board meetings. In his time off, Stewart applies his meticulous approach to the family house and garden, and if there’s any time left after that, he’ll clamp a beer in his hand and shout at the TV, while tuned into Sky Sport.
