Meet Alfie

They say ‘every dog has his day’, but for Alfie every day is pretty up there. That’s because Alfie is the official Pocock Hudson Office Dog, and he gets more than his fair share of attention from our team and our visitors.

Ask Alfie and, if he could talk, he’d tell you that there’s nothing better in life than having his tummy rubbed, followed by a long walk in the park and a dried sheep’s ear to chew on, mind you the sheep might have other ideas. Still, as far as Alfie’s concerned the best time of day is lunchtime – if he’s good and pulls a few cute moves he can easily nab some choice leftovers.

Alfie’s also unique in that he’s the only one at Pocock Hudson who doesn’t need a security tag to go the bathroom. Business-people are fond of saying “it’s a dog eat dog world out there”, but we’ve gone one better – we’re a business that’s actually got a dog. Alfie.
